Last Week: The Next Generation of Dscoop & Print
Last week’s episode was a little different.
Instead of talking to industry veterans…
I spent time talking to the next generation coming up behind us.
Students. Young professionals. People just getting started.
And I’ll tell you — they’re not behind.
They’re ready.
These students are:
Already attending Dscoop multiple years in a row
Actively networking and building relationships
Bringing back what they learn to their teams
And thinking about the industry in ways that are fresh and adaptable
One of the things that stood out to me most was how intentional they are.
They understand that: “Networking is the key… it’s who you know, not just what you know.”
And they’re showing up to learn, ask questions, and get better.
That’s exactly what this community is supposed to do.
This Week: Fully Digital Print in Mexico City
In this week’s conversation, I sat down with two founders running a fully digital print operation out of Mexico City.
And their story is something else.
In just 8 years:
They’ve grown from 10 employees to nearly 70
Built a business fully centered on digital print
And are using Dscoop to stay ahead of technology and growth
What impressed me most?
They came to Dscoop for one simple reason:
To learn what’s next.
That mindset — staying curious, staying open, continuing to grow —
that’s what separates the ones who make it from the ones who don’t.
